Comments: We were very disappointed this visit as we had 2 apartments booked and when we arrived at 3pm neither of them were cleaned and ready for us to use. We had to sit in one of them amongst the dirty cups,towels etc whilst the other was cleaned. This took almost an hour then another hour whilst the other was cleaned too. Everything else was ok but very disappointed by this.

We try our utmost to get the apartments ready for 2pm but unfortunately this cannot always be possible which is why we disclose a check in time from 2pm onwards. Comments: Everything is good enough but just the reception working hour too short. That's bring some inconvenient of check in. And I think it would be more preferable to inform me before settle the payment by credit card.

Comments: Overall our stay at Premier Apartments Nottingham was great. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We especially appreciate the manager Flori coming to us, when we couldn't get our safe open, a few hours before we were checking out. A minor flaw/oversight was that the TV control was missing a battery & the lamps in the living area were missing a bulb or didn't work... we managed without the lamps & we moved a battery from the other control. We would stay in Premier Apartments again & we would recommend them to friends. Thanks for helping make our stay so enjoyable.
