Very pleasant stay..receptionist on arrival and departure were very friendly and helpful. Evening security guy was very nice too. Location was perfect for the arena and shopping. Nicely furnished and very clean. Extra towels and bedding. A home from home. Will def stay there again..

Slight confusion over booking and additional beds so we had too much space and couldn't have a double and single room we had to pay for 2 doubles but got upgraded to penthouse.

Very pleased with everything, and the pricing was good value for money. The one small down side comment was that even though all apartments won't have a good view... Apartment 2 could be greatly improved by possible good use of outdoor screens and maybe a bit of plant greenery. As an extra thought, if the dead roofspace could be split so you still had the fire escape route you could look at developing that space as a roof terrace with access for Apartment 2 adding value and maybe extra revenue for the business, (just a thought). Otherwise just simply fantastic,I will be staying again.

Really loved the apartment - it was spacious and light and had everything we needed for our three-night stay. We loved its modern decoration and furnishings and felt it was well maintained - everything worked and it was warm. We also liked the fact that we were left alone, although reception were helpful when we had an issue (mainly concerning car parking spaces being taken by other vehicles). A great place to stay, right in the city centre.

Regarding car parking spaces being taken by other vehicules, we are using the bollards to lock the spaces, so nodoby can use them without our permission.
