Comments: first floor non-smoking apartment suffers from its vicinity to bowling alley: at night the noise from the adjoining leisure complex is disruptive - a real pity.

Comments: Great location for Nottingham Ice Arena. Great Kitchen facilities and clean and comfy. Only slight negative comment was the person at reception always seemed to be on the phone so there was always a wait when we wanted to ask questions, or check in or out. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks!

Comments: Absolutely Fantastic. I booked in advance and upon arrival was given the Penthouse apartment suite at the top of the building as a free upgrade! It was amazing, quite simply the best hotel experience of my life. Will definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to be in the centre of Nottingham and in particular for events at the Ice Arena as it is on the doorstep. I will be back.

Comments: Spacious, comfortable and friendly staff made our stay outstanding. I had reserved a two bedroom apartment, but on arrival had been allocated 2 separate apartments as my request for one double and one twin room could not be accommodated. This however, was no problem but we were given smoking apartments when I had specifically asked for non smoking. The smell of smoke was only apparent in the corridor outside the apartment. Used the secure parking and would highly recommend it. Premier Apartments made our stay in Nottingham highly enjoyable.

One of our in house guests extended his stay and this was the reason that we had to accommodate you in 2 x 1 bedroom apartments. I do apologise for this inconvenience. Your request for a non smoking apartment is only a request it is not guaranteeed, as we allocate the apartments on arrival, according to our guests requests, but unfortunately when you arrived all non smoking apartments were occupied. Once again, Ms Burrows thank you for raising the issues you have encountered here at Premier Apartments Nottingham.
